Home Owners and Tenants

For Residential Projects there is a Flat Rate for the First unit, and a Special Rate for additional Units.

Our Regular Cleaning always includes our Full Service with the following exceptions.

If your Project Requires..

• Rooftop/Attic/Crawlspace Access
• Stacker Washer/Dryer in Confined Space
• or Requires Repair

Then select these Services in the Additional Services section by clicking the '+'.

Business Owners and Professionals

For Commercial Projects there is a Flat Rate for the First unit, and a Special Rate for additional Units.

If your Project Requires Rooftop, Attic or Crawlspace Access or Dryer Vent requires Repair, select these options in the Additional Services section by clicking the '+'.

Property Managers

For Strata Projects there is a minimum unit requirement of (10) units to be eligible for our Strata Pricing.

There are no additional charges for Roof Access on Strata Projects. All Strata Projects require a Free Estimate.

Schedule a Meeting

Select 'Schedule a Meeting' if you would like to meet with our Owner/Operator and tour the project together. Meetings usually take approx 30 minutes to complete.

Independent Estimate

Select 'Independent Estimate' if you would like our Owner/Operator to view the Project independently.

Free Estimate

After the Assessment has been completed, you will receive a Free Estimate and Detailed Work plan by email, with absolutely no obligation.

No credit card information is requires to book Online.
